As a small family run business in Peel on the west coast of the Isle of Man we strive to produce our goods to a high standard and have endeavoured to give a fair description of the items we offer for sale on our web site, therefore our normal conditions of sale are that we will exchange goods unless they have been altered to customers specification however it is not normal to offer a refund unless the goods are faulty, if in any doubt please contact us before buying. With regard to rings please have correct size if it is incorrect when delivered we will make an alteration but will charge in advance and not offer a refund, again if in any doubt please contact us, we will be happy to discuss any purchase in advance to avoid any disappointment
